At DayBreak, we provide a safe, engaging space where older adults can stay active, connected, and cared for throughout the day. Our program is thoughtfully designed for individuals living with dementia, as well as other older adults who benefit from structured daytime care. Each day includes meaningful activities that nurture physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being. Our experienced team of Certified Nursing Assistants offers compassionate personal support and open communication with caregivers to ensure peace of mind.
With funding from the Alzheimer’s Association® Center for Dementia Respite Innovation (CDRI) grant, DayBreak has been awarded $100,000 to expand and enhance our dementia-specific respite care services. We are proud to be one of only 41 organizations nationwide selected for this recognition*.
This funding supports the creation of a therapeutic sensory garden, the addition of a full-time Recreational Therapist, and interior upgrades designed to make our program even more engaging and dementia-friendly for participants and caregivers alike.
Our goal is to provide an affordable care option where older adults are allowed to remain at home.
DayBreak is the only Adult Day Health Facility contracted with VA in the state. We have immediate availability for Veterans.
